Our analytical tools and programme management expertise consist of a portfolio of relevant ESG, local content, skills development, procurement/sourcing metrics – demonstrating an emphasis on the impact of corporate investment in global societies, supported by outcome-based Wealth Creation indicators.
Towards measuring outcomes, CCE employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative metrics that can be tracked over time and compared across different domains.
The reporting management services include the analysis of data, identify business risks /deficiencies, record and verify data again recognised global standards – and reporting to our customers with visible outcomes via surveys, interviews, and video footage.
All CCE customers have access to the upload and verified data of its operations in a secure environment, supported by digital communication such as surveys, videos and interviews.
