Dividends, Supplier, Enterprise & Socio-Economic Development Management

  • CCE administers and manages Dividends, Supplier Development and Enterprise Development portfolios for global clients, including Komatsu, Epiroc, Atlas Copco, Liebherr, IMCD, and Workday, as well as for the Northern Cape Mine Managers Association (NCMMA).
  • Proven track record in designing and managing community-based enterprise incubators, supplier validation systems, and funding mechanisms that drive measurable local content and job creation outcomes.
  • Current transformation-related assets and funds under management exceed 700 m ZAR, ensuring robust governance and transparent reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Specialised Financial Administration

  • Our multidisciplinary team of accountants, business development specialists, and financial administrators manages the full compliance cycle in line with Annexure 100B of the DTI Codes and the 2018 Minnig Charter, ensuring financial traceability, governance, and performance auditing across B-BBEE interventions.

Institutional Leadership & Policy Influence

  • Founding member of the Association of BEE Verification Agencies (ABVA), the South African Mining Preferential Procurement Forum (SAMPPF), and the Northern Cape Mine Managers Association Trust, demonstrating longstanding leadership within South Africa’s transformation landscape.
  • In 2007, under the Namibian Prime Minister’s directive, our group entity Decti Namibia was appointed to design the national Transformation and Economic Empowerment Framework (TESEF)—a milestone policy initiative completed in 2008 after extensive national stakeholder engagement.
  • In 2019, Decti launched the OEM Mining Supply Forum in partnership with Komatsu, Hitachi, Epiroc, and 19 other global OEMs to address local content compliance challenges under the Mining Charter 2018.

Global Expansion

In 2022, Crosslink Commercial Equity expanded internationally, establishing a global advisory presence to support multinational clients with local content and social impact measurement systems, bridging compliance and sustainable development across regions.
